  • Pay: £180 - £200 per day with salary review after probation 
  • Hours: 8am - 5pm with optional overtime available  Are you an experienced Panel Beater / Paint Sprayer seeking a rewarding opportunity within a busy fleet bodyshop group?
We are currently recruiting for a skilled Panel Beater / Paint Technician to join our client’s reputable team in Bromley. This is an excellent chance to work in a professional environment with competitive pay and generous overtime opportunities.

Benefits:
  • Competitive daily rate of £180 - £200 with a pay review after three months
  • Overtime available at enhanced rates of x1.00, with bonuses sometimes included
  • Standard hours Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm, with optional Saturday work
  • Opportunity for career progression and pay increase after successful probation period
  • 30-minute unpaid lunch break
  • Supportive work environment with consistent work flow
Duties:
  • Undertaking repairs as a qualified Panel Beater ensuring high-quality finish
  • Performing spray painting duties as a proficient Paint Sprayer to meet client specifications
  • Working efficiently to turn away work and maintain productivity levels
  • Adhering to health and safety guidelines within the workshop
  • Communicating effectively with team members and management
  • Meeting daily targets in a fast-paced collision repair environment
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Panel Beater and/or Paint Sprayer
  • Relevant technical qualifications and certifications
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure
  • Strong attention to detail and a professional attitude
  • Reliable and punctual with good communication skills
