Are you an experienced automotive professional looking to advance your career? Our client is seeking a dedicated and skilled Assistant Fast Fit Centre Manager to join their team in Wigan. This is an excellent opportunity to oversee daily operations, support a busy centre, and develop your management skills within a reputable automotive business.
Benefits:
- Competitive basic salary plus bonus, with an OTE of approximately £40,000
- Company performance bonus to reward your hard work
- 45 hours per week, Monday to Saturday, over five days with core hours from 8:30am to 5:30pm during weekdays and 8:00am to 5:00pm on Saturdays
- 28 days holiday inclusive of bank holidays

- Supporting the Centre Manager in day-to-day operational activities
- Assisting in the management of fast fit service bays and team supervision
- Ensuring excellent customer service and operational standards
- Contributing to meeting financial targets and achieving centre KPIs
- Training and mentoring staff to maintain high levels of performance
- Supporting MOT testing and overseeing technical staff as required
- Minimum Level 2 in light vehicle maintenance
- Previous experience in fast fit or automotive management roles
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively
- Good understanding of automotive workshop operations
- Proactive approach with a focus on achieving targets
