Are you an experienced Vehicle Technician looking for your next rewarding opportunity? We are recruiting on behalf of a reputable Independent Garage in St Albans, Hertfordshire, that is seeking a talented Senior Vehicle Technician to join their team. Duties:
- Conducting diagnostic work, timing belt replacements, and other complex repair jobs
- Servicing and repairing a variety of vehicles to high standards
- Assisting with MOT testing (not essential but advantageous)
- Managing vehicle repairs efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintaining accurate work records and communicating effectively with the team
- Supporting the workshop in achieving productivity targets
- Ensuring health and safety standards are consistently met
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician with a solid technical background
- Ability to perform complex diagnostic and repair work
- Strong work ethic and commitment to quality standards
- Full driving licence
- Willingness to work flexible hours including every other Saturday
- Experience working on a variety of cars and familiarity with modern diagnostic tools
