Sales Executive Vacancy - Milton Keynes Main Dealer
  • Basic Salary: £27,000 + bonus / commission
  • OTE: £50,000+ (Uncapped)
  • 40 hours per week, working Monday to Saturday with Sundays on a rota basis, including one guaranteed weekend off per month.

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Car Sales Executive to join a successful main dealer in Milton Keynes.

This is an exciting opportunity for a confident, motivated and customer-focused sales professional looking to develop their career within a high-performing automotive environment.

As a Car Sales Executive, you will be responsible for managing customers throughout the full vehicle sales journey, from initial enquiry through to vehicle handover.

Responsibilities:
  • Managing new and used vehicle enquiries
  • Building rapport and developing long-term customer relationships
  • Conducting professional vehicle presentations and demonstrations
  • Discussing finance and additional products as part of the customer journey
  • Working towards and achieving monthly sales targets
  • Following up enquiries and maintaining a strong sales pipeline
  • Ensuring customers receive an exceptional level of service from enquiry through to handover
  • Working as part of a successful and supportive sales team
Requirements:
  • Previous sales experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A confident and professional approach
  • Strong customer service skills
  • A target-driven and self-motivated attitude
  • The ability to build genuine customer relationships
  • A full UK driving licence
  • A genuine passion for cars and the automotive industry
