This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced individual to manage day-to-day operations, motivate teams, and drive business growth within a reputable automotive company.

Duties:
- Effectively manage and motivate the centre team to achieve business targets
- Drive sales by leading customer engagement and ensuring team members follow company call-back and telephone techniques
- Oversee the daily operations of the depot, maintaining high standards of service and efficiency
- Ensure the security of the branch, stock, assets, and customer information
- Maintain accurate stock control and ensure timely stock deliveries and proper storage
- Oversee routine maintenance and servicing of equipment and machinery for safe operation
- Foster a positive working environment and promote a culture of customer satisfaction and team development
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Centre Manager or Assistant Centre Manager within the automotive industry
- Strong leadership skills with a focus on team development and motivation
- Technical knowledge of automotive services and repairs
- Demonstrable success in a sales-driven environment
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
- Full UK driving licence held for at least six months with no more than six points
- Experience managing health and safety practices within an automotive setting
