Join a well-established automotive dealership in Liverpool as a Vehicle Technician/Mechanic and take your career to the next level within a reputable team. This is a fantastic opportunity for skilled motor trade professionals to utilise their diagnostic and repair skills in a busy service environment, with excellent training and progression prospects on offer.

Benefits:
  • Competitive salary with an uncapped bonus structure allowing earning potential up to £52,500 OTE
  • Basic salary ranging from £28,000 to £38,000 depending on qualifications and experience

  • Full-time, permanent employment working a 40-hour week from Monday to Friday with every third Saturday as a half day
  • Hours: 40 hours between Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm, plus 1 in 3 Saturdays 8:30am - 12:30pm
Duties:
  • Conduct vehicle health checks and vehicle services in line with manufacturer guidelines
  • Perform routine repairs, diagnostics, and component replacements
  • Carry out minor repairs, pre-delivery inspections, and accessory fitments
  • Conduct road tests to ensure faults are resolved satisfactorily
  • Complete thorough and accurate paperwork for each job
  • Support warranty repair procedures and adhere to manufacturer standards
  • Assist colleagues and work as part of a dedicated service team
Requirements:
  • NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair
  • Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician or Mechanic, ideally with diagnostic skills
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Self-motivated with a commitment to delivering high standards of workmanship
  • Knowledge of electrical systems and ability to perform basic diagnostics is advantageous
  • A strong team player with a desire to learn and grow within the motor trade
