- Basic Salary: £30,000 + Bonus / Overtime
- On Target Earnings: £33,000
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:30pm
- 1 in 4 Saturday mornings

This is a standalone, one-man-band Parts Supervisor position, offering the successful individual the opportunity to take complete ownership of the department and play a key role in the dealership's aftersales operation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Taking full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the parts department.
- Managing all parts enquiries from retail and trade customers.
- Supplying parts to the workshop efficiently and accurately.
- Ordering, receiving and managing parts stock.
- Maintaining accurate stock levels and carrying out stock checks.
- Processing invoices, returns and warranty parts claims.
- Managing parts pricing and identifying additional sales opportunities.
- Liaising closely with the Service and Workshop departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintaining strong relationships with customers and suppliers.
- Ensuring the parts department is organised, efficient and commercially successful.
- Working independently and using your initiative to manage the department effectively.
- Previous experience as a Parts Advisor, Parts Supervisor or Parts Manager within the motor trade.
- Strong knowledge of automotive parts and their applications.
- Experience of independently running or managing a parts department would be highly advantageous.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Good organisational, administration and IT skills.
- Commercial awareness with a good understanding of parts sales and stock control.
- A self-motivated approach and the ability to work confidently without direct supervision.
- A full UK driving licence would be advantageous.
- £30,000 basic salary + bonus / overtime, £33,000 OTE.
