Light Commercial Vehicle Technician Required in Croydon!
  • Hours: Monday to Friday 42.5 hours per week, Saturdays on a rota @ overtime rate
  • Pay: £39.7k Basic + £45.7k OTE  + £3,000 joining bonus!
Are you an experienced LCV Technician or Mechanic looking to advance your career in Croydon? Our client, a well-established commercial vehicle service provider, is currently seeking a skilled Light Commercial Vehicle Technician to join their busy workshop. This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified professional to work within a reputable company that values quality workmanship and offers excellent earning potential.

Duties:
  • Servicing and repairing light commercial vehicles in accordance with manufacturer guidelines
  • Diagnosing vehicle faults using electronic testing equipment
  • Performing inspections and road tests to ensure vehicle safety and compliance
  • Maintaining accurate service records and completing relevant paperwork
  • Adhering to health and safety protocols within the workshop environment
  • Assisting with additional workshop tasks as required
Requirements:
  • Level 3 certification or equivalent qualification in motor vehicle maintenance and repair
  • Proven experience as an Light Commercial Vehicle Technician, ideally in a busy workshop environment
  • Strong diagnostic skills and a good understanding of commercial vehicle systems
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good time-management skills and attention to detail
  • Reliable, committed, and proactive in their work approach
