Senior Workshop Vehicle Technician - Horsham 
  • Pay: £50,000 - £55,000 + £10k Bonus 
  • Hours: 8am - 5pm Monday - Friday + 1 hour break - no weekends! 
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Workshop Vehicle Technician to join our clients’ busy Service Department in Horsham. This role offers an excellent opportunity for professionals looking to further their career within a reputable dealership environment, specialising in Land Rover and other Prestigious vehicles. Our clients workshop is large, well equipped and world class to enable you to do your job to the best of your ability.

Benefits:
  • Competitive basic salary of £50,000 to £55,000, dependent on experience and qualifications
  • Bonus potential of £6,000 to £10,000 annually
  • Monday to Friday working hours, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with one hour for lunch
  • 22 days holiday plus bank holidays
  • Modern, large workshop with state-of-the-art equipment 
  • Opportunity to work in a busy, expanding team with plenty of work
Duties:
  • Managing your individual workload, from PDI through to fault finding and repair
  • Conducting regular maintenance on Land Rover vehicles including heavy servicing such as timing chains
  • Performing electrical and diagnostic work using specialist tools and JLR equipment
  • Assisting with warranty work and technical diagnosis
  • Working efficiently within a team environment, maintaining high standards of customer service and technical quality
Requirements:
  • Level 3 or Level 4 qualified automotive technician
  • Around five to seven years’ experience working on Land Rover vehicles, or similar premium brands
  • Strong diagnostic and servicing skills, with hands-on experience in a main dealership or specialist environment
  • Willingness to work on JLR vehicles, with experience using manufacturer diagnostic systems like TOPIX 
  • Ability to work independently, managing a busy workload effectively
  • Good team player with excellent communication skills
