We are pleased to present an exciting opportunity for a skilled and experienced Service Advisor to join a reputable dealership in Chingford. This role offers the chance to become a key part of a professional team, delivering exceptional service and customer satisfaction.

Benefits:
  • Competitive salary starting at £27,000 to £35,000 depending on experience
  • Monday to Friday working hours, 8.30 am to 5.30 pm
  • Possibility of supporting alternate Saturday mornings, though not essential

Duties:
  • Greeting customers and providing expert advice on vehicle services
  • Liaising with the workshop team to ensure smooth operation of service delivery
  • Preparing quotations and discussing repairs and estimates with customers
  • Managing customer appointments and follow-ups to enhance customer satisfaction
  • Maintaining accurate records of service history and customer interactions
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar role within the motor trade
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • A professional and customer-focused attitude
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple customer needs
