An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Assistant Aftersales Manager to join a busy dealership in Exeter, Devon. This role offers a chance to lead and support a growing aftersales department, ensuring smooth daily operations and delivering exceptional customer service.

Benefits:
  • Competitive basic salary of £35,000 with a potential OTE of £40,000
  • Working hours from 8 am to 6 pm, Monday to Friday

Duties:
  • Oversee the service advisors and manage the day-to-day running of the aftersales department
  • Provide leadership and support to the team to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Assist in achieving departmental targets and improving service processes
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers and colleagues to promote repeat business
  • Ensure compliance with all company standards and procedures
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Senior Service Advisor or Assistant Service Manager is essential
  • Proven leadership skills and the ability to manage a team effectively
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • A good understanding of the UK automotive industry and aftersales operations
  • Driven and customer-focused mindset
