- Basic Salary: Up to £40,000 + performance bonus
- Hours: Monday–Thursday 08:30–17:30, Friday 08:30–16:00
- No weekends
- Full-time, permanent position
- Carry out vehicle servicing, repairs and maintenance to industry standards
- Perform diagnostics, fault-finding and troubleshooting on mechanical and electrical systems
- Complete routine maintenance such as fluid changes, lubrication and general checks
- Undertake repairs including brakes, suspension, timing belts, clutches, gaskets, gearboxes, etc.
- Inspect and test vehicle systems, including electronic and computer-controlled components
- Conduct tyre fitting and wheel alignment when required
- Complete all service records and documentation accurately in line with GDPR requirements
- Work collaboratively with the workshop team to deliver high-quality customer service
- NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair or time-served experience
- Strong mechanical knowledge across a broad range of vehicle makes and models
- Able to work independently to a high standard
- Confident using diagnostic tools and equipment
- Full UK driving licence is essential
- MOT licence advantageous but not essential
- Hybrid/EV qualification beneficial but not required
- Basic salary up to £40,000 depending on experience
- Performance-based bonus
- Monday to Friday only – no weekends
- Early finish on Fridays
- 40-hour working week
- Closed on bank holidays and over Christmas
