We are currently recruiting for a highly skilled Warranty Administrator to join a reputable dealership in Bournemouth. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced motor trade professional to advance their career within a well-established organisation.

Duties

As a Warranty Administrator, your responsibilities will include processing warranty claims efficiently, liaising with manufacturer and dealership teams, and ensuring all documentation is accurately completed. You will manage warranty schedules and support the service department to optimise workflow. Providing exceptional customer service and maintaining compliance with warranty procedures are key aspects of the role.

Requirements

The candidate will ideally have previous experience working within a similar Warranty Administrator role, preferably within a main dealer franchise. Strong organisational and communication skills are essential, along with a thorough understanding of warranty processes. A professional attitude and the ability to work well within a team are highly valued.
