We are currently recruiting for a dedicated Parts Advisor to join a reputable dealership in Yeovil, Somerset. This opportunity offers an excellent chance for skilled motor trade candidates to develop their careers within a well-established team.

Benefits

Competitive basic salary of around £30,000 per annum depending on experience
Potential earnings of up to £34,000 OTE
Monday to Friday working pattern plus Saturday mornings on a rota
Bonus and commission structure

Duties

Providing excellent customer service to customers
Managing parts stock levels and ordering as required
Assisting with parts lookup and sales enquiries
Ensuring efficient parts processing and accurate record keeping
Supporting the service department with parts-related requirements
Maintaining a professional and knowledgeable approach at all times

Requirements

Ideally previous experience as a Parts Advisor or Parts Supervisor within the motor trade
Strong knowledge of automotive parts and accessories
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Ability to work well within a team and independently
A proactive attitude and a customer-focused approach
