We are currently seeking an experienced Bodyshop Prepper / Polisher to join a reputable team in Southend. This role offers an excellent opportunity for skilled individuals looking to develop their career within a busy and professional automotive environment.

Duties:
  • Preparing vehicles for painting, ensuring all surfaces are adequately sanded, cleaned, and primed
  • Polishing and finishing vehicles to meet high-quality standards
  • Ensuring vehicles are completed within specified timeframes
  • Maintaining a clean and safe workshop environment
  • Assisting with other bodyshop tasks as required
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Bodyshop Prepper / Polisher
  • Ability to work efficiently and accurately within deadlines
  • Excellent attention to detail and pride in workmanship
  • Good understanding of vehicle preparation and polishing techniques
  • Reliable and professional attitude
