  • Basic Salary: £30,000+ DOE 
  • Working Hours: Monday to Thursday 8:00am – 5:30pm / Friday 8:00am – 3:30pm
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Service Advisor to join an independent, customer-focused dealership in Warwickshire.

What you’ll be doing:
  • Booking customers in for servicing, MOTs, warranty work and general repairs.
  • Preparing job cards and managing the daily workshop workload.
  • Greeting customers and providing a professional, friendly service.
  • Keeping customers updated throughout the repair process.
  • Reviewing vehicle health checks with technicians and discussing advisory work with customers.
  • Ordering parts and ensuring they are available when required.
  • Preparing invoices and completing vehicle pre-collection checks.
  • Managing courtesy cars and vehicle movements.
  • Dealing with customer queries and resolving issues professionally.
  • Working closely with technicians, Parts, MOT and Sales to maximise workshop efficiency.
What we’re looking for:
  • Previous Service Advisor or Aftersales experience.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage a busy workload.
  • Genuine interest in cars and the automotive industry.
  • Professional, customer-focused approach.
