We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Service Technician to join our client's busy automotive service centre in Sudbury, Suffolk. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated professional looking to progress their career within a reputable dealership environment.

Benefits:
  • Competitive basic salary between £34,000 and £38,000 depending on experience and qualifications
  • Uncapped on target earnings up to £52,480 per annum
  • Professional development opportunities within a dynamic team
  • 40-hour work week, Monday to Friday, with a rotation of one in three Saturdays
Duties:
  • Diagnosing and repairing a wide range of vehicle issues efficiently and effectively
  • Carrying out vehicle servicing in accordance with manufacturer specifications
  • Advising customers on necessary repairs and maintenance
  • Ensuring all work is completed to the highest standards and within scheduled timeframes
  • Maintaining detailed records of service work and parts used
  • Supporting team members to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Vehicle Service Technician or similar role
  • Relevant qualifications such as NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Servicing and Repair or equivalent
  • Strong diagnostic skills and technical knowledge
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid UK driving licence
