Duties:
  • Lead and motivate the service and parts teams to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Drive workshop efficiency, productivity, and profitability
  • Monitor compliance with statutory regulations and ensure adherence to Mercedes-Benz quality standards
  • Manage departmental costs and control budgets effectively
  • Develop and implement strategies to maximise parts sales and service revenue
  • Foster strong relationships with customers and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Manage team performance through regular appraisals, 121s, and personal development plans
  • Oversee health and safety policies, including risk assessments and safety training
  • Collaborate with various departments such as marketing, HR, and finance to uphold company standards
  • Lead by example in business growth initiatives and staff development
Requirements
  • Extensive motor industry experience with a proven track record in an aftersales management role
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Good understanding of workshop operations and service processes
  • Excellent communication and organisational abilities
  • Knowledge of customer satisfaction strategies and market analysis
  • Ability to motivate and develop teams to high performance
  • Flexible approach and adaptable to changing business needs
