Duties as a SMART Repairer will include:
  • Carry out high-quality SMART repairs including preparation, local paintwork, light filling repairs, and cosmetic refurbishing of road wheels on all makes of vehicles
  • Undertake windscreen repairs and other cosmetic repairs as required
  • Ensure all repairs are completed on time and to the highest standard of quality
  • Maintain and utilise workshop equipment efficiently
  • Adhere to health and safety standards at all times
  • Provide excellent customer care and support the team in delivering a first-class service
Requirements that the SMART Repairer will need:
  • Experience in the Bodyshop or as a Smart Repair
  • Fully skilled with proven workshop experience in a similar role
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills
  • Ability to work efficiently to deadlines while maintaining quality standards
  • Enthusiastic and committed to delivering outstanding customer satisfaction
