  • Pay: Up to £33k Basic 
  • Hours: 8am - 6pm Monday - Friday only! 
We are currently seeking a highly organised and customer-focused Service Administrator to join a reputable car dealer group in Croydon. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional looking to advance their career within the automotive industry. The successful individual will play a key role in ensuring smooth service operations and delivering outstanding customer service.

Duties:
  • Managing all service telephone and walk-in enquiries and booking customer appointments
  • Interpreting customer concerns and coordinating with technicians for efficient service delivery
  • Liaising with customers regarding additional work required and providing accurate cost estimates
  • Greeting customers, scheduling services, and ensuring a positive experience
  • Tracking vehicles through the workshop and updating customers on progress
  • Handling customer complaints and requests with professionalism
  • Obtaining authorisations and processing payments for repairs
  • Managing courtesy cars to ensure seamless service operations
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Service Administrator, Service Advisor, or similar role within the automotive industry
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to handle customer queries effectively
  • Attention to detail and good administrative abilities
  • Knowledge of workshop processes and vehicle tracking systems is advantageous
