Our client is seeking a skilled and motivated Service Advisor / Administrator to join their reputable team in Stevenage, Hertfordshire. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual looking to develop their career within a busy automotive environment, offering a varied role that combines administrative duties with customer service responsibilities. The successful candidate will play a vital role supporting the service department, ensuring smooth daily operations.

Duties:

  • Providing excellent customer service and aftersales support
  • Assisting with booking and scheduling service appointments
  • Helping with invoicing, estimates, and general administration tasks

  • Supporting smooth operational flow within the service department
  • Handling multiple administrative and customer support tasks in a busy office environment
Requirements:

  • Previous experience within an automotive service department is desirable

  • Good social media literacy and IT skills
