We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Car Sales Executive to join a reputable dealership in Chichester, West Sussex. This is an excellent opportunity for motivated motor trade professionals looking to advance their careers within a thriving automotive sales environment.

Benefits:
  • Competitive basic salary of up to £25,000 with uncapped earning potential
  • On target earnings of up to £55,000
  • Monday to Friday working week with standard day off, plus weekends on a rota basis

Duties:
  • Engaging with customers to understand their needs and present suitable vehicle options
  • Driving sales targets and striving to meet or exceed set goals
  • Managing customer relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction and repeat business
  • Supporting the sales process from enquiry to completion, ensuring a smooth experience for the customer
  • Maintaining thorough product knowledge and staying informed about current market trends
  • Accurately completing all sales documentation and related administration tasks
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Car Sales Executive in the motor trade or a similar sales-focused role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
  • Ability to plan and organise to meet deadlines and sales targets
  • A positive attitude and adaptable approach to changing market conditions
  • Good IT skills, including competency with Microsoft Office and web-based applications
