Are you an experienced Service Reception Manager looking to join a well-established and reputable family-run dealership in Ipswich? Our client is seeking a dedicated Service Reception Manager to lead their service reception team and drive excellent customer service standards. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional to progress their career within a supportive and long-standing business.

Benefits:
  • Basic salary of £45,000 per annum, with an OTE of approximately £48,000

  • Monday to Friday working hours from 8.30 am to 5.30 pm, with Saturday mornings on a rota
Duties:
  • Oversee daily operations of the service reception team, ensuring seamless customer service delivery
  • Manage customer bookings and appointments efficiently
  • Support and develop team members to maximise performance and customer satisfaction
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures and health and safety regulations
  • Liaise with workshop and parts departments to ensure smooth workflow and communication
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Service Manager, Service Advisor, or Senior Service Advisor within a dealership or automotive environment
  • Strong leadership and organisational skills
  • Excellent customer service and communication abilities
  • Knowledge of dealership management systems is advantageous
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
