What Our Client is looking for:
- Someone experienced, technically capable and genuinely interested in their profession.
- Takes pride in producing a high standard of work
- Is genuinely interested in cars and the motor trade
- Has good diagnostic and fault-finding skills
- Can work independently but is also a good team player
- Has a good work ethic and isn’t afraid of getting stuck in
- Wants to learn and improve rather than believing they already know everything
- Understands the importance of doing a job properly and looking after customers’ vehicles
- MOT Tester would be an advantage but not essential.
- Full JLR dealer diagnostic and online technical information access
- Planned investment in equivalent Mercedes, BMW and VAG systems
- A busy workshop undertaking servicing, diagnostics and mechanical repairs
- A management approach that values independence, initiative and quality workmanship over constant pressure and micromanagement
- Willing to invest in relevant training, equipment and technical development
- Opportunity to contribute knowledge and help shape the future direction of the workshop
- Experienced Technicians; £40k £45k (depending on experience)
- Senior/Specialist Technicians; £45k £50k (depending on experience)
- Exceptional candidates bringing additional expertise; Negotiable
- Monday to Friday – no weekends
- 8:30am – 5pm
