Duties:
  • Answer incoming customer calls and provide professional, friendly assistance
  • Book and schedule vehicle servicing, brake, and repair jobs for mobile mechanics
  • Maintain accurate records of bookings, job sheets, invoices, and customer details
  • Communicate effectively between customers and technicians to relay updates and confirm job specifics
  • Handle general office administration including emails, filing, data entry, and supplier orders
  • Respond to standard customer enquiries related to servicing and brake work, escalating technical questions to mechanics
  • Assist the Business Fleet team with account administration tasks as required
  • Support the wider team by contributing to daily operational needs
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in administration, office support, or customer service roles
  • Confident and friendly telephone manner
  • Well organised with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in booking and scheduling software alongside Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel
  • Strong team player with a proactive attitude
  • Basic understanding of vehicle servicing and braking systems or a keen interest in learning more
  • Previous experience in automotive or related sectors such as garages, dealerships, or fleet management is desirable
  • Full UK driving licence preferred but not essential
