We are currently recruiting for an experienced Paint Sprayer to join a well-established bodyshop in Crawley. This is an excellent opportunity for skilled professionals looking to develop their career within a dynamic team committed to quality workmanship and excellent customer service.

Pay: £45,000 - £55,000 Basic + Bonus 
Hours: 42.5 Hours per week Monday - Friday only - Optional overtime available

Duties:
  • Preparing, painting, and polishing vehicles to industry standards
  • Working efficiently with the smart repair team for internal prep work
  • Ensuring high-quality finish on all vehicles in line with customer expectations
  • Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
  • Collaborating with other bodyshop staff to ensure smooth workflow and job completion
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Paint Sprayer within a busy bodyshop environment
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
  • Good understanding of vehicle refinishing techniques and materials
  • Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
  • A professional attitude and willingness to adapt to a positive work culture
