Our client, a well-established prestige accident repair business in Derby, is looking to recruit a fully skilled Panel Beater to join their experienced Bodyshop team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Panel Beater to join a busy, professional environment, with a competitive salary and a strong group bonus scheme offering the potential to significantly increase earnings.
  • Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience
  • Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm (flexible) + Optional Saturday Overtime
Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out high-quality panel beating and body repairs to a high standard.
  • Repair and replace damaged body panels and components.
  • Accurately assess vehicle damage and complete repairs efficiently.
  • Work to manufacturer and company quality standards.
  • Ensure all repairs are completed safely and to the required timescales.
  • Maintain a clean, safe and organised working environment.
About You Our client is looking for a fully skilled Panel Beater with:
  • Previous experience working as a Panel Beater within a professional Bodyshop environment.
  • Strong knowledge of modern vehicle body repair techniques.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A high level of attention to detail and pride in workmanship.
  • A commitment to quality, efficiency and customer satisfaction.
