  • Pay: £32,000 - £35,000 - + £12,000 Basic + Bonus 
  • Hours: 42.5 Hours per week Monday - Friday only + 1 in 4 Saturday mornings on a rota

Our client is looking for an experienced Parts Advisor to deliver excellent customer service and support the busy dealership's parts department. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled individual to progress their career within a reputable organisation.

Benefits:
  • Competitive basic salary of £35,000 with an OTE of up to £47,000 including bonuses
  • 42.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday only
  • One in four Saturday mornings on a rota, with a four-hour shift

Duties:
  • Provide excellent customer service to retail and trade clients both face-to-face and over the phone
  • Manage parts stock levels and ensure timely availability of parts
  • Assist with the ordering and procurement of parts for the dealership
  • Maintain accurate records of transactions and customer interactions
  • Support the workshop and service departments with parts requirements
  • Collaborate with the service team to ensure smooth workshop operations
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Parts Advisor within the motor trade industry
  • Excellent communication skills and a professional attitude
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of automotive parts systems and software is advantageous
  • Customer-focused approach with a positive attitude towards problem solving
