We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Roadside Technician to join our client's team based in Peterborough, Cambridgeshire. This role offers an excellent opportunity for automotive professionals looking to advance their career within a dynamic and supportive environment.

Duties

  • Responding to roadside breakdowns and assisting customers directly at their vehicle location
  • Diagnosing and repairing a variety of vehicle faults on-site
  • Ensuring high standards of safety and customer service at all times
  • Documenting repair activities accurately and efficiently
  • Maintaining company van and tools in excellent condition
  • Providing excellent technical support to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
Requirements

  • Minimum NVQ Level 2 in Motor Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent certification
  • Proven experience as a Mobile or Roadside Mechanic
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in roadside conditions
  • Effective communication skills and a customer-focused approach
  • Full UK driving licence
