SMART Repair Technician Required in the Cranleigh, Surrey Area 
  • Salary: Up to £16.50 Per Hour DOE + overtime + bonus 
  • Hours: 45 hours per week Monday - Friday only (Flexible Working Hours)
Are you an experienced automotive professional looking to advance your career in a well-established dealership environment? We are currently seeking a skilled SMART Repair Paint Technician to join a reputable dealership in Cranleigh, Surrey. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual with a background in smart repairs or bodyshop paint spraying to become part of a dynamic team supporting a leading automotive retailer.

Duties:
  • Carrying out a variety of smart repair tasks such as striping, fitting, refurbishment, and parts fitting
  • Performing repairs on multiple vehicle components including respraying, buffing, alloy wheel refurbishment, touch-ups, and parts replacement
  • Working independently or as part of a skilled team to deliver high-quality results
  • Adhering strictly to health and safety policies and using PPE appropriately
  • Supporting the maintenance of a safe and efficient workshop environment
Requirements:
  • Experience as a SMART Repairer or Paint Sprayer, ideally within a crash repair or main dealer environment
  • At least 2 years of relevant repair experience
  • Strong attention to detail and a passion for quality workmanship
  • Ability to work effectively independently and within a team
  • A valid work permit or right to work in the UK
