  • Salary: Around £30,000 per annum with a £1,000 loyalty bonus to be paid at the end of the year.
  • Hours: 37.5 hour-week. Monday to Friday. Office-based.

A not-to-miss opportunity has become available for a Sales Administrator to join our client’s multi-franchise-approved car dealership located in Cardiff.

Reporting to the Head of Sales Administration, in this role, you will be responsible for:
  • Carry out all sales administration duties in line with company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain exceptional standards of accuracy and organisation within the sales administration function.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the vehicle purchasing process.
  • Maintain accurate vehicle files, records, and documentation.
  • Monitor and coordinate the progress and delivery of retail and fleet vehicles.
  • Ensure all vehicle documentation, compliance requirements, and checks are completed correctly.
  • Process vehicle orders, registrations, and invoicing efficiently.
  • Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure smooth vehicle handovers.
  • Support the Sales Team with administrative tasks to help achieve department objectives.
The successful Vehicle Sales Administrator would be able to deliver the very highest level of administrative support through strong communication skills, very strong organisational skills, along with knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel and DMS systems (Kerridge/Keyloop experience preferable). Strong and steady previous experience working as a Vehicle Sales Administrator would be highly beneficial; however, our client is willing to consider Sales Administrators with practical experience in a similar sales administration-oriented environment. A UK driving licence with minimal points would be beneficial, but it is not essential.
