- Competitive basic salary of £45,000 per annum

- Performing a full range of vehicle servicing, diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance
- Diagnosing complex faults
- Understanding of wiring diagrams and manufacturer technical information
- Working independently on a variety of prestige and high-end vehicles
- Ensuring all work is completed to the highest standards
- Advanced mechanical and electrical diagnosis
- Maintaining detailed records of all work completed and vehicle service history
- Assisting in the training and mentoring of junior team members as the team grows
- Adhering to all health and safety policies and workshop procedures
- Proving a fault before replacing components and verifying repairs afterwards
- Proven experience in a Senior or Master Technician position
- Capability across the duties listed above as well as wider mechanical skills such as timing belts/chains; gearboxes; engine repairs; differentials and transfer cases
- Level 3 IMI qualification (or equivalent skill level) with additional experience/accreditations, placing you in a position to work at the highest level across different makes and marques of vehicle
- Motivated, reliable, and committed to delivering excellent customer service
- A team player who is capable of working independently and ultimately leading a workshop operation
