- Basic Salary: Negotiable depending on experience
- OTE: Up to £50,000 OTE including site bonus
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 17:00

- Understand and apply the principles of spray-painting technology, paint composition, and mixing methods. Keep up-to-date with product developments and improvements through training courses.
- Prepare vehicles for painting, including masking, sanding, and other necessary preparation work. Spray paint to the required finish and standard with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Use prescribed safety apparatus/clothing and attend company-arranged medicals. Report any deterioration in health or vision to your manager without delay.
- Maintain company tools and equipment in a clean and safe condition, paying attention to fire hazards.
- Adhere to all Housekeeping and Health and Safety regulations and policies.
- Collaborate with colleagues and team leaders to achieve common objectives and group targets.
- Proven experience as a Paint Technician in an accident repair centre
- ATA qualification is beneficial but not essential to apply
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure
