We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Vehicle Technician to join our client's busy workshop team in Yeovil. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional looking to develop their career within a well-established motor group that values high standards and customer satisfaction. The successful Vehicle Technician will play a key role in delivering exceptional vehicle servicing and repairs, contributing to the ongoing success of the dealership.

Duties

Deliver high standards of vehicle servicing and repairs in line with manufacturer and company requirements
Complete repairs and servicing with a focus on quality and efficiency
Ensure all relevant paperwork for warranties and repairs is accurate and compliant
Identify opportunities for additional work in the best interest of the customer’s safety and vehicle care
Provide excellent customer service at all times
Maintain a clean, safe and organised workshop environment
Support colleagues within the wider workshop team to ensure smooth daily operations

Requirements

Previous experience working within an automotive retailer or similar environment
NVQ Level 3 in Automotive Vehicle Servicing & Repair or equivalent
Valid MOT Tester licence preferred
Strong diagnostic and mechanical skills with excellent attention to detail
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced workshop environment
Customer-focused approach and professional attitude
Full UK driving licence (licence checks will be performed)
