- Basic Salary: £33,600 + Bonus

A leading main dealer in Northampton is looking to recruit an experienced Light Commercial Vehicle Technician to join their busy and successful workshop. Responsibilities of an LCV Vehicle Technician:
- Diagnose, service, and repair vehicles to manufacturer standards
- Ensure customer satisfaction and meet productivity targets
- Keep technical knowledge up to date with manufacturer training
- Complete vehicle health checks to company standards
- Maintain quality and safety procedures at all times
Required Skills and Experience:
- City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair
- Proven experience in vehicle servicing, repair, and diagnostics
- Full UK driving licence
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- MOT Tester qualification (advantageous)
- Previous main dealer experience (preferred but not essential)
