About the Role Our client is looking to recruit an experienced Aftersales Manager to join their busy dealership in Leicester.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced automotive professional to take responsibility for the overall performance of the Aftersales department, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, team performance and commercial results.

- Manage the day-to-day operation of the Aftersales department.
- Lead, motivate and develop the Aftersales team.
- Monitor departmental performance against key targets and KPIs.
- Maximise workshop productivity, efficiency and profitability.
- Maintain excellent levels of customer satisfaction.
- Oversee Aftersales processes and ensure effective communication across the department.
- Ensure all work is completed to manufacturer and company standards.
- Deal effectively with customer queries and escalations.
- Identify opportunities to increase Aftersales revenue and customer retention.
- Support recruitment, training and development of team members.
- Ensure departmental processes, compliance and standards are maintained.
- Previous experience in an Aftersales Management role within the automotive industry.
- Strong knowledge of dealership Aftersales operations.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop a team.
- Strong commercial awareness and understanding of departmental profitability.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- The ability to analyse performance and work towards challenging targets.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
- A professional and proactive approach.
- Full UK driving licence.
