We are currently recruiting for a highly skilled and experienced Panel / MET Technician to join a busy, well-established workshop in Uckfield. This is an excellent opportunity for a talented professional looking to join a reputable operation that values quality work and team dedication.

Duties:
  • Carry out panel repairs and MET work efficiently on a range of vehicles
  • Perform filler repairs and bodywork, including door blends and rear quarter repairs
  • Work with various paint systems with potential to develop own preparation skills
  • Maintain high-quality standards and attention to detail in all repairs
  • Follow health and safety guidelines and adhere to workshop procedures
  • Assist in maintaining a clean and safe workshop environment
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Panel / MET Technician with a strong background in bodywork and mechanical repairs
  • Knowledge of modern paint systems and body repair techniques
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Flexible approach to work hours and tasks
