Pay: £35,000 Basic - £55k Realistic OTE 
Hours: 44 Hours per week 5 days over 7 (retail hours) 
Contract Type: Fixed Term 12 Month Mat Cover 

We are seeking a dedicated Business Manager to join our clients' dealership team in Walton on Thames. This role offers an exciting opportunity for an experienced automotive professional to step into a key leadership position, supporting the sales team and driving the dealership's success.

Duties

  • Support and coach Sales Executives to achieve individual and team targets
  • Identify suitable funding and insurance options for customers while maintaining high compliance standards
  • Ensure all financial and insurance products are explained accurately and in accordance with regulations
  • Monitor finance and insurance performance against expectations
  • Assist in planning, forecasting, and revising dealership strategies
  • Build strong customer relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and retention
  • Maintain excellent levels of compliance and uphold the dealership's commitment to fair treatment
Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Business Manager, Sales Manager, or Senior Sales Executive within the automotive industry
  • Strong understanding of financial and insurance products, regulations, and compliance
  • Excellent coaching and leadership skills
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Automotive experience is essential for this role
