We are currently recruiting for a highly skilled Bodyshop Manager / VDA to join a busy automotive bodyshop in Hornsey, London. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional to take full control of daily operations and ensure smooth workshop performance. The successful Bodyshop Managers will have a proven track record in managing busy bodyshops and possess estimating experience.

Benefits:
  • Competitive basic salary of £50,000 to £60,000 depending on experience
  • Monday to Friday working hours with Saturdays mornings
  • Opportunity to oversee a productive workshop and lead a motivated team
  • Full autonomy to run the business on behalf of the director
Duties:
  • Oversee daily workshop operations and ensure efficient workflow
  • Manage a team of workshop staff, maintaining high productivity standards
  • Handle vehicle estimates and liaise with insurance companies as needed
  • Ensure quality work and compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Support business growth through effective team management and operational oversight
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Bodyshop Manager or similar leadership role within a busy bodyshop environment
  • Estimating experience is highly preferred
  • Strong leadership and organisational skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure
