We are seeking an experienced and motivated Commercial Vehicle Service Advisor to join our client's team at their busy dealership in Sittingbourne, Kent. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a skilled Service Advisor to showcase their expertise within a reputable dealership environment.

Duties:
  • Welcoming and assisting customers in a professional and friendly manner
  • Discussing vehicle service requirements and providing accurate advice
  • Managing customer relationships during the service or repair process
  • Promoting additional products and services to maximise customer satisfaction and dealership sales
  • Ensuring customer expectations are exceeded with a thorough and influential approach
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Service Advisor within the motor trade, ideally within commercial vehicle sector
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to build lasting relationships
  • Excellent communication and sales abilities
  • Ability to work effectively within a team and manage customer expectations
  • Full UK driving licence is essential
