We are pleased to present an exciting opportunity for a Parts Advisor to join a reputable automotive business in Exeter, Devon. This is a fantastic role for experienced motor trade professionals looking to develop their careers within a supportive team environment.

Benefits

Competitive basic salary of up to £31,000 with an OTE of £33,000
Small parts profit share programme
24 days holiday plus bank holidays
Company pension scheme
Monday to Friday 8AM - 5PM working hours with some flexibility
One Saturday morning per month

Duties

Providing expert parts advice to customers and colleagues
Managing parts stock levels and order processing
Supporting the sales team with accurate parts information
Assisting with stock control and inventory management
Ensuring excellent customer service at all times
Handling parts enquiries via phone and in-person

Requirements

Previous experience as a Parts Advisor or in a similar parts-related role
Good knowledge of automotive parts and accessories
Strong customer service skills
Ability to work as part of a team and independently
Driving licence is not essential
Flexibility to work one Saturday morning per month
