Are you an experienced automotive professional ready to take on a leadership role? We are looking for a skilled Workshop Controller to join our client’s busy service team at their dealership in Wimbledon. This is an excellent opportunity to manage a high-performing workshop, lead a team of talented technicians, and ensure the delivery of top-quality service in a fast-paced environment.

Duties:
  • Lead, motivate, and manage a team of qualified and apprentice technicians to meet daily workshop demands
  • Allocate job cards and manage workloads to maximise productivity
  • Conduct quality checks to ensure all work meets brand standards
  • Oversee technical workshop solutions including EVHC and service booking systems
  • Provide excellent customer service both face-to-face and over the phone
  • Support the Service Advisor team to ensure smooth workshop operations
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Workshop Controller, preferably within a franchised dealership environment
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and maintain a professional approach
  • Proficient IT skills, ideally with EVHC software experience
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to anticipate and resolve operational challenges
  • A commitment to delivering excellent results and fostering a positive working environment
