We are recruiting for a highly skilled and experienced Mobile Plant Fitter to join our clients' team covering the St Austell area. As a Mobile Plant Fitter, you will play a vital role in maintaining and repairing a range of site plant including pumps, generators, excavators, and small plant equipment. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional to work in a dynamic environment with a company dedicated to supporting career development.

Duties:
  • Service, repair, and maintain plant equipment on customer sites around the St Austell area
  • Identify faults and complete repairs first time to ensure minimal downtime
  • Log all jobs accurately on a tablet, including photos, hours worked, and parts used
  • Carry out planned servicing and preventative maintenance alongside urgent repairs and breakdowns
Requirements:
  • Hands-on maintenance experience on pumps, generators, excavators, or small plant equipment
  • Own hand tools (specialist tools and diagnostics are provided)
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Ability to work independently on site
  • Nice to have: NVQ Level 3 in Plant Maintenance, Lantra or NPTC small plant qualifications, LOLER experience
