We are recruiting for a highly skilled and experienced Mobile Plant Fitter to join our clients' team covering the St Austell area. As a Mobile Plant Fitter, you will play a vital role in maintaining and repairing a range of site plant including pumps, generators, excavators, and small plant equipment. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional to work in a dynamic environment with a company dedicated to supporting career development.

Competitive salary of £38,000 to £41,000 per year, with potential to earn up to £43,000 including overtime

Duties

Service, repair, and maintain plant equipment on customer sites around the St Austell area
Identify faults and complete repairs first time to ensure minimal downtime
Log all jobs accurately on a tablet, including photos, hours worked, and parts used
Carry out planned servicing and preventative maintenance alongside urgent repairs and breakdowns

Requirements

Hands-on maintenance experience on pumps, generators, excavators, or small plant equipment
Own hand tools (specialist tools and diagnostics are provided)
Full UK driving licence
Ability to work independently on site
Nice to have: NVQ Level 3 in Plant Maintenance, Lantra or NPTC small plant qualifications, LOLER experience
