Are you an experienced automotive professional looking to progress into a supervisory role? We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established automotive service centre in Workington for the position of Assistant Centre Manager.

Duties as an Assistant Centre Manager will include:
  • Assist the Centre Manager with the smooth running of the service centre
  • Help manage workloads, staffing levels, and operational targets
  • Monitor and control stock levels effectively
  • Ensure health and safety standards are always maintained
  • Lead, motivate, and support the team to achieve high standards
  • Provide excellent customer service face-to-face and over the phone
  • Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures
What you will need for the Assistant Centre Manager role:
  • Previous supervisory or managerial experience within the automotive or fast-fit sector
  • Strong leadership and organisational skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
  • Capacity to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Full UK driving licence
