We are currently seeking a Service Advisor to join a respected independent car service centre in the Poole area. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated professional with experience in customer service and technical knowledge of vehicle servicing. The Service Advisor will play a key role in managing customer bookings, tracking job progress, and ensuring a seamless service experience.
Benefits

Competitive starting salary of £32,000 with the potential to earn an OTE of £34,000
Benefits include bonus scheme to reward your performance
Monday to Friday working hours, with schedules either 8:00–5:30 or 8:30–6:00

Duties

Managing customer bookings and providing an excellent level of customer service
Tracking vehicle repair and service jobs from start to finish
Providing technical advice and ensuring clear communication between customers and technicians
Assisting with parts and warranty issues as needed
Building strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business
Ensuring high standards of workshop administration and record keeping

Requirements

Proven experience as a Service Advisor within the motor trade
Some parts experience and technical knowledge of vehicle services
Strong communication skills and customer-focussed attitude
Able to prioritise tasks and work efficiently in a busy environment
Reliable with a professional approach to customer service
