Pay: £29,570 Basic + £2000+ Annual bonuses
Hours: 42.5 Hours Monday - Friday only
We are recruiting for the position of Parts Advisor on behalf of our client in Farnham, Surrey. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and experienced individual to join a dynamic automotive team. The Parts Advisor will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and supporting the smooth running of the parts department.

- Assisting customers in person, over the phone, and via email with parts enquiries
- Maintaining accurate parts records and inventory management
- Picking, packing, and organising parts for delivery or collection
- Building strong relationships with customers and suppliers
- Supporting the team in achieving departmental targets and objectives
- Proven experience as a Parts Advisor or in a similar automotive parts role
- Knowledge of automotive parts and the ability to identify vehicle components accurately
- Excellent customer service skills and a professional attitude
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively within a team and independently when needed
