We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Service Reception Manager to join our client's team in North London. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled automotive professional to take the next step in their career and contribute to a customer-focused environment. The Service Reception Manager will play a key role in ensuring smooth operations at the service reception, driving customer satisfaction, and developing the service team.

Duties:
  • Lead the service reception team to deliver exceptional customer service experiences
  • Manage customer complaints, ensuring concerns are resolved efficiently and professionally
  • Coach, motivate, and develop Service Advisors and reception staff to enhance team performance
  • Oversee daily operations and maintain high standards of customer care
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and customer experience enhancements
  • Support the Aftersales Manager in achieving departmental objectives and ongoing improvements
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Senior Service Advisor, Service Team Leader, or in a similar automotive aftersales role
  • Passionate about delivering excellent customer service and satisfaction
  • Confident in handling challenging customer situations and complaints
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
  • Proactive, ambitious, and eager to progress into an Aftersales Manager position
