Vehicle Technician Required in Croydon For Car Dealership 
Pay: £38,300 Basic with £43,750 OTE
Hours: 45 hours per week Monday - Friday with Saturdays on a rota 
 

We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Vehicle Technician to join a renowned car dealership in Croydon. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional looking to develop their career within a dynamic and forward-thinking team. As a Vehicle Technician, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality service and repair work, ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining the dealership’s reputation for excellence.

Duties

  • Carry out servicing and maintenance on a range of vehicles, including diagnostic and warranty work
  • Conduct electronic vehicle health checks (eVHCs) and write detailed digital reports
  • Perform repairs, cambelt replacements, oil changes, and other maintenance tasks to manufacturer standards
  • Follow safety procedures and uphold high standards of quality and professionalism
  • Support team members and contribute to a positive workshop environment
Requirements

  • Recognised Level 3 qualification in vehicle repair (IMI, City & Guilds or equivalent)
  • Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician or Mechanic, with exposure to warranty and servicing work
  • Strong teamwork skills and adherence to process, safety, and quality standards
  • MOT Licence is advantageous, but full training can be provided for the right candidate
  • Eagerness to learn and develop through manufacturer training programmes
