Our client is seeking a highly skilled Vehicle Damage Assessor to join their dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to take on a pivotal role within a well-established accident repair group. If you have a background in vehicle damage assessment and estimation, and are looking to develop your career further, this could be the perfect position for you.

Duties:
  • Conduct vehicle damage assessments and take detailed images of repair needs
  • Compile accurate repair estimates using Audatex and submit for approval
  • Liaise with customers and work providers throughout the repair process
  • Update job progress and coordinate with technicians
  • Ensure smooth completion of jobs and prepare for invoicing
  • Gain training in advanced systems such as Audatex and Autoflow
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a VDA or estimator in an automotive repair environment
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to assist colleagues 
  • Ability to work flexibly and have a good sense of humour
  • Full understanding of vehicle repair processes and damage assessment
